The Stick Jack removes  sticks, reduce labor and increase harvest speed by providing cleaner rows for the harvester. Although the windrow of nuts is interrupted by the stick-removing-fingers, adjustable crowders bring the nuts back together and create an even, stick free, windrow for the harvester. Our StickJack is fitted with (1) rollers that cause the chain to vividly bounce and help separate the crop from the sticks. and (2) the fan is great for walnuts by preventing  leaves from matting against the de-stick flight.
